About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Telecom Sales Executive to join our expanding telecommunications sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition, promoting our internet, TV, and phone services, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through door-to-door sales, cold calls, referrals, and local events.
  • Present and sell Spectrum/Xfinity products (Internet, Cable TV, Phone, and Mobile) to residential or small business customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain the benefits of service bundles.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for future upselling and referrals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (customer service, technical support, marketing) to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and product updates.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in telecom, internet, or cable sales preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
  • Energetic, outgoing personality with excellent people skills.
  • Basic understanding of telecom technologies and packages.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if field-based).
