Role Overview

We're hiring a Customer Support Executive to provide excellent service to our growing customer base. You'll handle queries, assist with orders, and ensure every buyer has a smooth experience with one of the best jewellery brands in the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
  • Guide customers on product details, sizing, and availability.
  • Resolve issues related to orders, returns, and exchanges.
  • Coordinate with logistics for on-time deliveries.
  • Share customer feedback to improve our services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of customer service or retail experience.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Interest in Pakistani jewellery and fashion trends is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers through social media, WhatsApp, and live chat.
  • Recommend fashion jewellery Pakistan collections based on customer style.
  • Upsell and cross-sell items like gold plated jewellery and artificial gemstones jewellery.
  • Follow up with customers to boost sales and retention.
  • Support marketing with campaigns and promotions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Fashion.
  • 1–3 years of sales or e-commerce experience.
  • Excellent persuasion and relationship-building skills.
