About the Role:

We are looking for a
Junior Business Analyst who will also take the lead in GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance)
. This role requires a motivated individual with experience in compliance frameworks and strong documentation skills. Alongside GRC responsibilities, the candidate will also support broader business analysis tasks to assist our internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead GRC initiatives by ensuring compliance with frameworks such as
    SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, and HIPAA (optional)
    .
  • Develop, maintain, and enforce policies, SOPs, evidence templates, and other compliance documents using
    Confluence
    .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect evidence and prepare for compliance audits.
  • Support the business analysis team, assisting Maroof with BA-related tasks such as requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
  • Ensure consistent alignment between compliance requirements and business processes.
  • Monitor and report compliance status, risks, and mitigation plans.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    2 years of experience
    working with compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA optional).
  • Strong proficiency with
    Confluence
    (documentation, policy preparation, SOPs, templates).
  • Solid understanding of GRC practices and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience in
    business analysis
    (requirements gathering, process flows, stakeholder communication) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in
    Lahore
    .

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with audit preparation and evidence collection.
  • Exposure to IT risk management and security compliance.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
