Paid Ads Specialist (Full-Time, On-Site – Islamabad)

Experience Required: 1 to 1.5 years

Location: Islamabad (On-site only)

Start: Immediate

We're looking for a sharp, results-driven Paid Ads Specialist to join our team on-site in Islamabad. If you've spent the last few years running B2B and SaaS campaigns that actually convert — not just burn budgets — then you might be the one.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Run and manage performance-focused ad campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and optionally TikTok, Reddit, X.
  • Manage ad budgets and optimize for ROI and lead quality — not just vanity metrics.
  • Plan and execute retargeting, audience segmentation, and funnel-based campaigns.
  • Write short, sharp, B2B-focused ad copy that gets clicks and conversions.
  • Run A/B tests to improve CTRs, CPLs, and landing page performance.
  • Analyze campaign data, generate reports, and make smart, data-backed decisions.
  • Collaborate with our content, design, and growth teams to align creative and messaging.
  • Stay ahead of the curve on platform updates and new advertising features.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven experience (3–3.5 years) with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Hands-on experience in B2B and SaaS lead gen campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of PPC, conversion tracking, retargeting, and audience targeting.
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Solid copywriting instincts for paid ad copy.
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple campaigns at once without dropping the ball.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with TikTok Ads, Reddit, or X for B2B plays.
  • Background in performance marketing agencies or fast-paced SaaS environments.
