We are looking for Branch Manager for our client from manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading branch operations while driving B2B sales growth, building long-term client relationships, and expanding the business network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance with company policies, and smooth workflow.
  • Drive B2B sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead and develop staff to achieve performance goals.
  • Ensure proper documentation, case follow-ups, and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales performance, manage budgets, and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferably in Business, Education, or Management).
  • Minimum 2–4 years of managerial experience, preferably in B2B sales, branch management, or leadership roles in the manufacturing sector.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales dynamics and corporate client management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with business management/CRM software. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Location: PECHS Karachi.

Salary: 60K To 80K

Benefits: OT, PF, Night shift Allowance

Days: Mon To Sat
