The Educational Network is seeking a Curriculum Development Coordinator to lead and manage the design, review, and implementation of high-quality curriculum materials across multiple grade levels. The ideal candidate will ensure that all instructional content aligns with educational standards, institutional goals, and learning outcomes.

This is a remote position, offering flexibility while requiring a high level of coordination, communication, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the development, review, and enhancement of curriculum frameworks, unit plans, and schemes of work across different subjects.
  • Collaborate with academic teams, subject specialists, and quality assurance departments to ensure curriculum alignment with national and international benchmarks (Cambridge / American / British standards).
  • Support teachers in the implementation of new curriculum materials through virtual meetings, workshops, and feedback sessions.
  • Maintain and update digital records, templates, and databases of curriculum documents.
  • Conduct research on best educational practices and emerging trends in curriculum design and pedagogy.
  • Develop assessment guidelines, rubrics, and progress-tracking tools to ensure consistency across grade levels.
  • Review and edit academic documents for clarity, accuracy, and coherence before final approval.
  • Prepare monthly curriculum progress reports and present key findings to the academic leadership team.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or Educational Leadership (required).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in curriculum design, instructional coordination, or academic management.
  • Strong understanding of standards-based education, learning outcomes, and instructional planning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and commitment to academic excellence.
