About the Role
Drive international market expansion through strategic partnerships and direct B2B sales. Lead business development initiatives in designated markets while managing the complete sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Market Development & Strategy
Identify and evaluate business development opportunities in designated international markets, particularly in Europe
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends
Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand market share
Partner & Distributor Management
Source, onboard, and manage growth partners and distributors across target markets
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with channel partners
Provide ongoing support, training, and resources to ensure partner success
Monitor partner performance and implement improvement strategies
Sales & Client Engagement
Engage directly with B2B clients throughout the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing
Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling technical presentations
Handle client objections effectively and provide solutions
Manage contract negotiations and ensure customer satisfaction
Relationship Management
Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and industry influencers
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and partners in assigned territories
Ensure exceptional customer experience and drive customer retention
Business Operations
Prepare and present product decks, proposals, and technical documentation
Travel regularly to meet clients, attend industry events, and support partners (willingness to travel extensively required)
Collaborate with internal teams including product, marketing, and Project operations team to align business strategies
Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to leadership
Requirements
Experience
3+ years in B2B business development or B2B sales
Proven success in international markets
Deep understanding of complex B2B sales cycles
Ability to effectively coordinate between multiple departments & Stakeholders
Skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Strong business development and marketing acumen
Partner and distributor relationship management
Customer relationship management
Technical product knowledge
