Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented International Customer Service Representative with a strong background in customer support, operations, and licensing. The ideal candidate must possess excellent English communication skills to effectively liaise with our U.S.-based team and clients. This is a full-time onsite night shift position based in Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional customer service support to international clients, primarily in the U.S.
  • Communicate effectively with U.S.-based team members and customers via phone, email, and other platforms.
  • Assist in operational coordination for client businesses (gas stations, grocery, and retail stores).
  • Manage and process licensing and compliance documentation in coordination with relevant authorities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and support activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, operations, and/or licensing support.
  • Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently during night shifts and collaborate with international teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking capabilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and customer service tools.
