Data Extraction & List Building Specialist
who can research, extract, and organize high-quality lead lists for email campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and extract contact details (emails, phone numbers, company info) from various online sources.
  • Build targeted lead lists based on industry, geography, or other criteria.
  • Verify and clean data to ensure accuracy and avoid duplicates.
  • Organize data in spreadsheets/CRM tools for email marketing campaigns.
  • Work closely with the sales/marketing team to align lists with campaign needs.
  • Stay updated on tools and techniques for efficient data collection.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in
    data extraction, list building, or lead generation
    .
  • Familiarity with tools like
    LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lead411, ZoomInfo, , or similar
    .
  • Basic knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate results.
  • Comfortable working with deadlines and campaign requirements.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with CRM or email marketing platforms (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Knowledge of email validation tools (NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, etc.).
