Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Upwork Bidder & Closer with at least 1 year of proven experience in generating business through Upwork and other freelancing platforms. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of proposal writing, and the ability to close deals with international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Search, identify, and bid on relevant projects on Upwork (and other platforms if required).
  • Write tailored, professional, and compelling proposals to attract potential clients.
  • Communicate with clients, understand project requirements, and provide suitable solutions.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and close deals with clients.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, marketing) to deliver client projects effectively.
  • Track, manage, and report bidding activities and results on a regular basis.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of proven experience
     as an Upwork Bidder/Business Development Executive.
  • Strong knowledge of IT services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, AI/ML, and Data Engineering) to write relevant proposals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to understand client needs and convert leads into successful projects.
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and CRM is a plus.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
