We're Hiring: Inbound Customer Service Representative (Full-Time | On-Site - Rawalpindi)

Location: Bahria Town Phase 7 , Rawalpindi

Shift: Canadian Business Hours (Full-Time)

Right Car Detailing is a premium mobile car detailing service operating across Alberta and British Columbia. We specialize in bringing convenience to our customers' doorsteps with full-service interior and exterior car detailing. Our trained technicians use top-tier products to ensure every vehicle is treated with professional care enhancing both appearance and longevity.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dedicated and skilled Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our customer experience team in Rawalpindi.

Role & Responsibilities:

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in shaping the customer journey. Your responsibilities will include:

Handling inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely, courteous manner.

Assisting customers with job bookings, service information, and follow-ups.

Coordinating with mobile detailing technicians across Alberta and BC.

Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.

Maintaining accurate records of interactions and scheduling details.

Resolving issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer relationship.

Qualifications & Requirements:

We're looking for a professional who is:

Experienced in customer service, especially in Canadian or North American markets.

Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Familiar with geographical locations across Canada (especially Alberta & BC).

Skilled in handling inquiries, problem-solving, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Confident in multitasking, working under pressure, and using CRM or scheduling tools.

A team player with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience working with a Canadian employer is a strong plus.
