Job Description:
We are looking for a well connected and dynamic candidate to help expand our agency's portfolio by bringing leading brands on board. This role is focused on new business development, leveraging industry connections, and positioning our agency as the go-to partner for marketing and advertising solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, approach, and secure new brand partnerships for the agency.
• Leverage an existing network of marketing decision-makers to generate opportunities.
• Develop and deliver persuasive pitches, proposals, and presentations.
• Build strong relationships with key brand stakeholders (CMOs, Brand Managers, Marketing Directors).
• Collaborate with internal strategy and creative teams to shape customized solutions for potential clients.
• Track, report, and achieve client acquisition and revenue targets.
• Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
Requirements:
• 4–8 years of proven experience in business development, partnerships, or client acquisition within a marketing, media, or advertising agency.
• Strong existing network of brand/marketing contacts.
• Demonstrated success in closing high-value brand deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
