Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented 
Logistics Executive
 to support our global outbound and cross-border logistics operations. In this role, you will coordinate daily freight activities, maintain documentation, support inventory tracking, and work closely with our logistics partners in the 
US and China
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track 
    US outbound shipments
     with carriers and logistics partners, ensuring timely pickup, tracking, and delivery.
  • Support warehouse teams by managing 
    inventory updates
    , shortage reports, stock reconciliation, and dispatch accuracy.
  • Prepare and verify 
    shipping documents
     including invoices, packing lists, Bills of Lading, labels, freight bills, purchase orders, and proof of delivery with zero-error documentation.
  • Maintain logistics data in 
    spreadsheets, ERP, WMS/TMS tools
    , and generate basic shipment or stock reports to support decision-making.
  • Assist the Supply Chain team by tracking 
    China-to-US shipments
    , updating statuses, and ensuring smooth communication between warehouses, carriers, and internal teams.
  • Follow compliance guidelines and support document control, audits, and regulatory checks to maintain a seamless export-import process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or up to 
    1 year of logistics experience
     are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic understanding of warehousing, shipping, or logistics workflows.
  • Good English communication skills (written and verbal) for coordination with global teams.
  • Strong attention to detail with comfort in data entry and documentation.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of 
    MS Excel / Google Sheets
    .
  • Willing to pursue a long-term career in global supply chain logistics.
  • Comfortable working the 
    night shift (6 PM – 3 AM PKT, US time zone).

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have, Not Required)

  • Familiarity with US carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL).
  • Exposure to ERP/WMS/TMS systems.
  • Interest in cross-border supply chain operations.
