Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and purchase a wide range of technical parts, including mechanical, electrical, industrial, automotive, and general engineering items from local markets.
  • Conduct regular market visits to identify quality materials and secure competitive pricing.
  • Negotiate effectively with vendors on pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Ensure timely availability of purchased items to support company operations and projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, costs, and vendor information.
  • Stay informed about local market trends and explore new supplier opportunities.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Mechanical or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in technical or mechanical purchasing.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with local market visits and supplier sourcing.
  • Strong knowledge of local markets and technical parts suppliers.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
