Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Customer Service Executive located in the Karachi Division. The Sales and Customer Service Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing support and assistance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing overall customer service operations. Daily tasks include handling inquiries, processing orders, addressing customer complaints, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of managing customer relationships effectively
  • Strong understanding of fashion trends, especially bridal and formal wear

Timings 12pm to 09pm

Monday to Saturday
