Role Description:
We are seeking
energetic and target-driven Customer Service Executives (Domestic Outbound)
to join our dynamic team. The role involves making outbound calls to existing customers, understanding their delivery needs, and qualifying them for conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make calls daily to existing customers.
- Engage clients professionally and introduce the company's services to them.
- Qualify leads based on provided criteria and record responses accurately.
- Maintain daily reports of calls made and leads generated.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree.
- Prior experience in
call center, outbound sales, or customer service
preferred. - Excellent
communication and persuasion skills
. - Ability to handle high call volumes and meet daily targets.
- Basic computer proficiency (CRM usage or Excel reporting is a plus).
- Positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude.
