Position: Software Support Executive (Day Shift)

We're on the lookout for a Software Support Executive who can turn client confusion into clarity, tackle ERP issues like a tech ninja, and maybe drop a good pun or two along the way.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent English — spoken and written like a pro
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience supporting and implementing ERP systems
- A tech-savvy problem solver who's faster than hitting Ctrl + Z
- Patient, approachable, and passionate about making technology simple and accessible
What You'll Be Doing
- Delivering top-tier ERP support to end-users — troubleshooting bugs, glitches, and the occasional digital mystery
- Training and guiding clients (and teammates) on ERP features and best practices
- Responding quickly, solving effectively — always with a human touch
- Becoming the go-to expert who turns frustration into confidence
