Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team and provide exceptional support to our customers. Your primary role will be to respond to customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve product or service issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
- Follow up to ensure complete resolution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Patience, empathy, and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs25, Rs45,000.00 per month
