
Business Development/Growth Executive

Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels such as LinkedIn and marketplaces
Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and propose customized solutions
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement effective sales strategies
Participate in sales meetings and provide insights into market trends and competition
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team
Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate interest and qualify leads
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
1-2 year of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the IT industry
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Highly motivated and target-driven
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Willingness to work night shifts
