Role Description:

We are seeking a
motivated and results-driven Sales Agent
to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for
outbound and inbound sales
, promoting our travel services, and converting leads into satisfied customers. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for travel and a talent for building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound and receive inbound calls to prospective travelers and travel agents.
  • Understand customer travel needs and present appropriate travel packages.
  • Drive
    sales for hotel bookings, Umrah packages, and global travel services
    .
  • Meet or exceed
    daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
    .
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on leads and nurture long-term customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with business goals.

Requirments:

  • Proven experience in
    sales, customer-facing roles
    , preferably in travel or tourism.
  • Excellent
    English communication skills
    and customer service abilities.
  • Strong
    persuasion and negotiation skills
    .
  • Ability to work in a
    fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
    .
  • Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
