Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Product Manager to join our team on-site in Karachi. The role involves managing the complete lifecycle of enterprise-level software products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving product strategy based on market insights and customer needs. You will define product roadmaps, prioritize features, manage product backlogs, and ensure timely delivery of effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for enterprise software solutions.
  • Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on strategy and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely product delivery.
  • Conduct market research, analyze trends, and evaluate user feedback.
  • Maintain and manage product backlogs with clear priorities.
  • Communicate product updates and requirements to stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in product management, including roadmaps and backlog management.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with software development processes and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Knowledge of logistics, mailing, or regulatory compliance industries is a plus.
