Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Developer with at least 1 year of experience in IT sales and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Upwork bidding, LinkedIn lead generation, and client hunting tools. You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our software development services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or sales in the tech industry
  • Proficient in Upwork proposal writing and bidding
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead generation strategies
  • Experience with CRM and client acquisition tools (e.g., Apollo, Hunter, Clutch, etc.)
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with international clients
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a strong understanding of the sales cycle
  • Basic understanding of web and software development services

Responsibilities:

  • Write compelling and tailored proposals on platforms like Upwork
  • Generate and qualify leads via LinkedIn, email campaigns, and client tools
  • Schedule meetings and demos with potential clients
  • Work closely with the technical team to align solutions with client needs
  • Maintain and update lead pipelines using CRM tools
  • Meet monthly and quarterly lead conversion targets
