About the Role

We are looking for a PPC & Meta Ads Specialist who can plan and manage paid ads that bring customers, not just traffic. If you love numbers, testing ideas, and improving performance, this job is for you.

You will be part of a skilled marketing team where every campaign is a chance to learn and make an impact.

What You'll Do:

Plan, set up, and manage ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok Ads.

Improve campaign results by focusing on sales, leads, and ROI.

Do keyword research to find what your audience is searching for.

Run A/B tests to compare ads and find what works best.

Analyze performance data and suggest ways to improve campaigns.

Work with the design and content team to create strong and engaging ad visuals.

Report campaign results and key insights to the marketing manager.

What We're Looking For:

2-3 years of real experience running PPC and social media ads.

A good record of managing sales or lead generation campaigns.

Understanding of tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a similar field.

Strong understanding of how to optimize conversions and performance.

Must be based in Lahore (onsite role).

Bonus Points:

Experience running TikTok Ads or YouTube Ads.

Knowledge of automation tools or advanced ad tracking.

Experience creating remarketing campaigns or funnel strategies.
