Are you a people-focused professional with strong organizational skills? We're looking for an Operations & HR Executive who will manage day-to-day business operations while also handling core HR responsibilities. This is a dual role that requires multitasking, problem-solving, and effective use of modern tools.

What You'll Do:

Operations:

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflows and timely project deliverables.
  • Use tools like Trello, Asana, Jira, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Google Workspace for task management and productivity monitoring.
  • Collaborate with Tech and IT teams to optimize workflows and resolve operational challenges.
  • Lead and motivate teams to achieve goals and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with other departments to optimize processes and improve service delivery.
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Prepare reports, analyze KPIs, and recommend process improvements.

HR:

  • Manage recruitment cycle (job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding).
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
  • Address employee relations issues and support conflict resolution.
  • Conduct performance tracking, evaluations, and assist in policy implementation.
  • Support training and employee engagement initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of combined experience in HR & Operations.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office, and team management tools (Trello, Asana, Jira, Slack, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a problem-solving mindset.
