About the Role

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate
Patient Support Representatives

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle scheduling of patient appointments with accuracy and professionalism
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to assist patients with their needs
  • Verify patient eligibility and insurance details with attention to detail
  • Provide timely assistance and guidance for patient inquiries
  • Ensure a smooth and positive patient experience through empathy and care
  • Accurately update and maintain patient records in the system
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support patient care
  • Identify and escalate urgent concerns to the appropriate department
  • Contribute to continuous process improvements to enhance patient satisfaction

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
    in healthcare or customer support
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Compassionate, patient-centered, and detail-oriented approach
  • Proficiency in using EMR/EHR systems or scheduling software (preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus)
