We are looking for dedicated and compassionate
Patient Support Representatives

Key Responsibilities
- Handle scheduling of patient appointments with accuracy and professionalism
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to assist patients with their needs
- Verify patient eligibility and insurance details with attention to detail
- Provide timely assistance and guidance for patient inquiries
- Ensure a smooth and positive patient experience through empathy and care
- Accurately update and maintain patient records in the system
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support patient care
- Identify and escalate urgent concerns to the appropriate department
- Contribute to continuous process improvements to enhance patient satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
in healthcare or customer support - Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate, patient-centered, and detail-oriented approach
- Proficiency in using EMR/EHR systems or scheduling software (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus)
