Key Responsibilities:

and patient support tasks - Deliver excellent service and ensure a positive patient experience
Requirements:
- Minimum
1 year of relevant experience
in healthcare or customer support - A medical background is required. Candidates without a medical background will be disqualified.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
