About the Role
As a Patient Support Representative at , you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing guidance, support, and a friendly experience. This role is ideal for someone who is empathetic, tech-savvy, and passionate about helping others navigate healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
· Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
· Schedule appointments, send reminders, and follow up on patient needs.
· Educate patients about their care plans and available services (e.g., CCM, BHI).
· Update patient records and ensure accurate documentation in the system.
· Escalate clinical questions to the appropriate healthcare team members.
· Promote a positive patient experience by resolving issues efficiently.
Requirements
· High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
· 1+ year experience in customer service or patient support (healthcare preferred).
· Excellent English communication with neutral accent [American accent preferred].
· Tech-literate with the ability to quickly learn and navigate EHR systems.
· Compassionate, patient-centered, and solution-focused.
