About the Role

KATI is seeking a dynamic, qualified professional to lead its newly structured Member Services Cell (MSC) a key division responsible for member facilitation, complaint management, and committee coordination under the oversight of an autonomous Regulatory Committee.

Key Responsibilities


• Lead MSC operations and digital complaint systems.


• Strengthen member engagement, satisfaction, and communication.


• Supervise member services team and align service functions with KATI's strategic goals.


• Prepare reports and performance dashboards for the Regulatory Committee.

Eligibility Criteria


• Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, or related field.


• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in association management or corporate operations.


• Strong leadership, analytical, and digital communication skills.


• Proven record of integrity, confidentiality, and service excellence.
