Job Overview: Client Invoicing and Coordination Officer

As a Client Invoicing and Coordination Officer at LOGON BROADBAND PVT LTD. , you will assist managing billing processes for corporate clients and ensuring effective coordination between various departments to enhance customer satisfaction. This position demands a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and interpersonal skills to thrive in a dynamic and customer-centric environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Billing Management:

  1. Generate accurate and timely invoices for corporate clients based on contractual agreements and service usage.

  2. Monitor billing cycles, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with company billing policies.

  3. Handle billing inquiries from corporate clients and provide efficient and courteous resolution.

Coordination and Communication:

  1. Collaborate with the Sales, Customer Service, and Technical Support teams to streamline communication and ensure a seamless customer experience.

  2. Act as a liaison between corporate clients and internal departments to address service-related issues and facilitate prompt resolutions.

  3. Maintain open lines of communication with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Contract Compliance:

  1. Ensure adherence to contractual terms and conditions in billing processes and client interactions.

  2. Collaborate with legal and sales teams to review and update service contracts, as needed.

  3. Monitor contract renewals and proactively communicate with clients to ensure continuous service.

Reporting and Analysis:

  1. Generate regular reports on billing performance, revenue collection, and outstanding payments.

  2. Analyze billing data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.

  3. Provide insights and recommendations to enhance billing processes and efficiency.

Customer Relationship Management:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, serving as their primary point of contact for billing and coordination matters.

  2. Proactively engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and align services accordingly.

Qualifications:

Bachelor/ Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Proven experience in billing, coordination, or customer-facing roles, preferably in the telecommunications or ISP industry.

Strong understanding of billing processes and contract management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Familiarity with billing software and CRM systems is a plus.
