We are hiring an HR Generalist The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in
payroll management, provident fund, EOBI & SESSI, health and life insurance, and recruitment operations
. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys handling diverse HR functions, ensuring compliance, and contributing to a positive and engaging workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage
    end-to-end recruitment
    including job postings, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
  • Administer
    monthly payroll
    , ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Handle
    Provident Fund (PF) management
    , including employee enrollment, contributions and reconciliations.
  • Manage
    EOBI & SESSI
  • Oversee
    health and life insurance
    enrollment, claims processing and coordination with insurance providers.
  • Maintain and update
    employee records
    and HRIS data.
  • Coordinate
    employee engagement activities.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits and procedures.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
.

·
1–3 years of experience
in HR operations or generalist role.

· Hands-on experience with
payroll processing, EOBI, SESSI, PF, and insurance management
.

· Sound knowledge of
labor laws
and HR compliance practices.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

· Proficiency in
MS Office and HR software/HRIS systems
.
