Human Resources Manager

Job Description
We're seeking an experienced, organized, and proactive HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources — including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance, performance management, compliance, and offboarding.
The HR Manager will play a key role in ensuring that Turn Up Technologies maintains a positive, productive, and disciplined workplace culture while aligning people operations with company goals.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from job posting to candidate selection.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, reference checks, and offer letters.
- Design and execute smooth onboarding processes for new hires.
Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
Employee Engagement & Culture
Foster a positive work culture that encourages collaboration and innovation.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and team-building initiatives.
Conduct regular check-ins with team members to maintain open communication.
Attendance, Punctuality & Performance
Oversee daily attendance, leave management, and punctuality tracking.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure policy compliance.
- Support managers in performance evaluations and maintain performance review schedules.
Address disciplinary issues with fairness and professionalism.
Resource & Workforce Management
Monitor team workloads and assist department leads with resource allocation.
- Ensure that departments are adequately staffed and resourced for projects.
Keep leadership updated on workforce status and utilization.
Policy, Reporting & Compliance
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Generate monthly HR reports on attendance, leaves, recruitment, and employee performance.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all employee matters.
Escalations & Conflict Resolution
Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns and workplace conflicts.
- Handle escalations and grievances with empathy, confidentiality, and timely action.
Work closely with management to ensure resolutions align with company values.
Offboarding
Manage the exit process, including clearances, handovers, and exit interviews.
- Document feedback to improve internal processes and retention strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 3+ years of proven experience as an HR Manager, HR Generalist, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in HR software and MS Office tools.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Empathetic, approachable, yet firm when enforcing policy and discipline.
