Job Timing & Days: 10 am to 6 pm (Mon to Fri), 10 am to 2:00 pm (Sat)

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, supporting month-end processes, and ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial reporting.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Manage and maintain accounting records in QuickBooks.
  • Prepare financial statements and management reports.
  • Performed monthly bank reconciliation in QuickBooks.
  • Assist in preparing BAS, GST, and other financial returns (Australian tax knowledge is a plus).
  • Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Maintain financial documentation in compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with tax consultants and external parties as needed.
  • Use Advanced Excel tools for data analysis and reporting.
  • Contribute to financial process improvements and automation initiatives.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

  • Qualification: B.com or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is mandatory.
  • Experience: 2–3 years of experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks.
  • Strong command of Advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
