Position Overview:

We are hiring a Bookkeeping Executive to manage daily financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support the finance team with timely reconciliations and reporting. This role is essential in upholding the integrity of our financial data and ensuring smooth accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record day-to-day transactions and journal entries in QuickBooks.
  • Reconcile bank, credit card, and vendor accounts monthly.
  • Process bills and payments using
  • Upload and organize credit card receipts, invoices, and bank statements.
  • Support payroll-related journal entries and data validation using Paychex.
  • Assist in generating monthly and quarterly financial reports.
  • Maintain documentation for all transactions for audits and tax filings.
  • Support the Finance Manager in closing activities and tax season prep (1099s, etc.).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with U.S. clients preferred.
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online, , and Paychex is required.
  • Strong communication and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
