About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager with SEO knowledge to join our office. The ideal candidate will not only manage human resource operations but also play a key role in recruiting and managing our SEO team. This is a unique position for someone who understands both people management and digital marketing (SEO).

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, interview, and hire candidates for SEO and digital marketing roles.
  • Manage team tasks and workflow through our CRM system.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Oversee daily HR operations, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Assign, monitor, and evaluate team productivity.
  • Handle hiring, onboarding, and offboarding (including termination when required).
  • Work closely with the SEO team to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Drive employee engagement and improve overall workplace productivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR management and recruitment.
  • Hands-on SEO knowledge or experience is a must.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and HR software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
