Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist located in Rawalpindi. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, providing product information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include responding to emails and phone calls, troubleshooting problems, documenting support cases, and collaborating with the technical team to address customer concerns. The role also involves maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in the IT sector
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Familiarity with software applications and technical support
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Prior experience in the Oil & Gas sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
