Role Overview:

We're looking for a CRM Specialist with proven
Go High Level (GHL)
expertise. You'll be the go-to person for managing, customizing, and optimizing our CRM to boost engagement, retention, and growth. You'll work closely with sales, marketing, product, and client success teams to make sure the CRM supports both business goals and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer, configure, and customize the CRM platform (GHL) to align with workflows and business objectives.
  • Lead CRM-related projects and support cross-functional teams.
  • Manage lead qualification and client onboarding processes.
  • Train team members and provide ongoing CRM support.
  • Communicate with clients to understand requirements and ensure satisfaction.
  • Monitor CRM performance, generate reports, and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of hands-on CRM administration and customization.
  • Strong experience with
    GHL
    (non-negotiable).
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing small teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable delivering demos and training sessions.
