Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan Strategic IT Partners Full time 600,000 - 1,200,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
  • Write clear, customized, and persuasive proposals to win projects.
  • Communicate with potential clients to understand project requirements and clarify doubts.
  • Negotiate pricing and timelines to secure projects profitably.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proposals align with capabilities.
  • Track and report daily bidding activity and conversion ratios.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or in a similar online bidding/business development role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).
  • Strong understanding of IT services, digital marketing, web development, or related fields.
  • Ability to draft persuasive proposals and handle client queries professionally.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

What we offer:

  • Salary + 3% to 5% Commission based on the project.
