Client Services Executive – Digital & Automation

(Contract | Part-Time | Full-Time | Hybrid-Remote)

This is
not a maintenance role
. As our Client Services Executive, you will
manage client relationships, ensure seamless delivery, and drive measurable client satisfaction
. You are the bridge between our clients and our teams, ensuring every engagement delivers results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects and services to meet client expectations.
  • Communicate updates, progress, and any issues proactively.
  • Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns efficiently.
