Role Overview
We are looking for a
Cold Calling Specialist
who is confident, persuasive, and results-driven. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our services, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients in international markets (mainly the US, UK, and Canada).
- Present and promote company services professionally and persuasively.
- Qualify prospects based on set criteria and book appointments for closers.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Achieve daily and weekly call/appointment targets.
- Follow up on warm leads and maintain consistent communication.
Requirements
- Minimum
2 years of experience
in
cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting
. - Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
- Strong listening, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and dialers (e.g., Vicidial, GoHighLevel) is a plus.
