Role Overview

We are looking for a
Cold Calling Specialist
who is confident, persuasive, and results-driven. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our services, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients in international markets (mainly the US, UK, and Canada).
  • Present and promote company services professionally and persuasively.
  • Qualify prospects based on set criteria and book appointments for closers.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Achieve daily and weekly call/appointment targets.
  • Follow up on warm leads and maintain consistent communication.

Requirements

  • Minimum
    2 years of experience
    in
    cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting
    .
  • Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
  • Strong listening, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and dialers (e.g., Vicidial, GoHighLevel) is a plus.
