What You'll Be Doing
- Writing and sending tailored
Upwork proposals
that get responses. - Running
LinkedIn outreach campaigns
to connect with e-com founders & decision-makers. - Managing
social media outreach
on multiple platforms to generate leads. - Researching & identifying brands that fit our target profile ($20k+/month in revenue).
- Collaborating with our CEO and closers to
set up sales calls
. - Tracking outreach performance and continuously improving scripts & strategies.
What We Need From You
- Experience:
2–4 years in sales, lead generation, or outreach (preferably in a digital marketing or agency environment). - Skills:
Strong written communication and the ability to craft curiosity-driven, personalized messages. - Tools:
Familiarity with
Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs
(bonus if you've used HubSpot/Pipedrive). - Mindset:
Self-motivated, target-driven, resilient, and hungry to grow. - Location:
This is an
onsite role in Islamabad
, 9 am–5 pm.
