About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented
Operations Executive
with proven experience managing
US-based operations
. The ideal candidate will oversee daily workflows, coordinate across teams, ensure service-level compliance, and support smooth operational performance during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee day-to-day operational activities.
  • Monitor performance metrics, SLAs, and workflow productivity to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to address operational issues and escalations.
  • Implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance service quality.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and documentation for management review.
  • Support onboarding, training, and performance tracking of team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and industry best practices.
  • Troubleshoot operational challenges and provide timely resolutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in managing operations.
  • Strong understanding of US processes, communication standards, and workflow expectations.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to handle multitasking and time-sensitive tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, or relevant operational tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Experience in BPO / Customer Service.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with US-based clients or cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of CRM or operations management tools (e.g, Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Asana, etc.).
  • Leadership or team-handling experience is an added advantage.
