The
Software Development Team Lead
to manage the development and delivery of enterprise-level software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command over modern development stacks, system design, and team management. You will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software products, managing source control (GitHub), conducting code reviews, and mentoring a team of developers.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full software development life cycle (SDLC) for enterprise applications.
  • Architect scalable, secure, and high-performing systems using microservices, integration APIs, and messaging queues.
  • Handson and Supervise code development in Java, Spring Boot, PHP (Laravel), React, Angular, NodeJS, Python, and related technologies.
  • Guide and manage Odoo-based custom development projects for clients.
  • Conduct code reviews and maintain GitHub repositories following best DevOps and CI/CD practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX.
  • Develop technical documentation, design patterns, and reusable components.
  • Manage PoCs and provide architectural direction in alignment with business goals.
  • Ensure security, scalability, and maintainability across all applications.
  • Support technical decisions with data-driven insights and industry best practices.

Job Specification:

Basic Qualification & Experience:

  • Minimum Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in software development with at least 3+ years in a leadership or architecture role.
  • Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, PHP (Laravel), JavaScript (React, Angular, NodeJS), and Python.
  • Experience with ERPs, CMSs and BPM tools e.g. Odoo, Alfresco, IBM FileNet, Power BI, and MySQL/MariaDB etc.
  • Strong understanding of design patterns, system architecture, and software security principles.
  • Hands-on experience with GitHub version control, branching strategies, and code review.
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor development teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Soft Skills:

  • Experience working on government or enterprise projects.
  • Familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies and project management tools.
  • Exposure to DevOps practices and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, etc.).
