Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Karāchi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, developing and implementing sales strategies, and working closely with other departments to align goals. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting new leads, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. Additionally, the role requires regular reporting on sales activities and performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, business development, and account management
  • Proficiency in conducting market research and analysis
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the technology sector is a plus
