We are hiring a Digital Marketing & Media Buyer with a proven ability to deliver quality leads and measurable results from day one. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience running high-converting campaigns across industries including healthcare, real estate, e-commerce, fashion, and FMCG. If you're a strategic thinker with a performance mindset and a deep understanding of paid media platforms, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Launch and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms
  • Drive high-quality lead generation through precise targeting, compelling creatives, and funnel optimization
  • Customize ad strategies for different industries and audience segments
  • Monitor campaign performance (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPL) and implement real-time optimizations
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce persuasive ad assets
  • Manage budgets and maximize ROI across all channels
  • Provide actionable insights and performance reports to stakeholders

Required Experience:

  • 3+ years in digital marketing or paid media roles
  • Demonstrated success in generating qualified leads and achieving conversion goals
  • Experience in at least three of the following sectors:
  • Healthcare (clinic promotions, treatment campaigns)
  • Real Estate (property launches, buyer acquisition)
  • E-commerce (product sales, retargeting funnels)
  • Fashion (seasonal drops, influencer ads)
  • FMCG (retail promotions, brand awareness)
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and analytics tools
  • Strong understanding of audience segmentation, remarketing, and conversion tracking

  • Performance-driven mindset with a bias for action
  • Ability to deliver results from day one—no warm-up period
  • Excellent communication and creative briefing skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead nurturing workflows

Salary Range:

  • PKR 30,000 to 40,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
