About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive who is proficient in Tally ERP and has a solid understanding of core accounting functions. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with receivables, payables, and taxation while maintaining accuracy and cohesiveness in their work.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Post and update daily accounting entries in Tally ERP with accuracy.
  • Manage Receivables: track incoming payments, follow up with clients, and reconcile outstanding balances.
  • Handle Payables: verify bills, process vendor payments, and maintain supplier ledgers.
  • Prepare and update P&L statements for management review.
  • Assist in drafting and maintaining the Balance Sheet on a regular basis.
  • Reconcile bank statements, expense records, and ledgers.
  • Maintain tax-related documentation and support compliance activities.
  • Generate and share periodic financial reports for management decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of practical experience in accounting operations.
  • Strong command of Tally ERP (mandatory).
  • Solid grasp of receivables, payables, P&L, and balance sheet preparation.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain cohesive reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs60,000.00 per month
