About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to join our team and help manage the full spectrum of human resources functions. You will play a key role in attracting, retaining, and developing talent while ensuring smooth HR operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, sourcing, interviews, and onboarding
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Handle payroll, attendance, and leave management in coordination with finance
  • Support performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback
  • Implement HR policies, ensure compliance, and maintain a positive workplace culture
  • Organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and development programs
  • Assist in resolving employee relations issues and act as a point of contact for HR queries
  • Support management with HR reporting and analytics

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in HR or related roles
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently
  • Proficient with HR software, MS Office, and basic payroll tools

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a fast-paced startup or tech environment
  • Knowledge of HRIS or ERP systems
