Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Karachi. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role involves creating and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will collaborate with various departments to support organizational goals and strategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management
  • Knowledge of HR Policies, Employment Laws, and Compliance
  • Strong Communication, Leadership, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to manage Employee Benefits and Foster a Positive Workplace Culture
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the aviation industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
