About the role:

As an AI Product Analyst, your role is to design, test, and refine AI-driven features particularly prompts and chatbot interactions to ensure a seamless and effective experience for users. You'll also play a key part in validating the accuracy and performance of AI outputs, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and supporting both product development and quality control efforts. Your work directly influences the performance and usability of AI tools across departments.

What Your Main Focus Will Be:

Responsibilities:

• Design, test, and optimise prompts for AI features, especially chatbots and user-facing flows.
• Ensure AI-generated responses are logical, accurate, and aligned with user and business intent.
• Collaborate with backend, product, and content teams to refine conversational experiences.
• Conduct prompt testing, functional validation, and real-world scenario reviews.
• Perform QA and UAT on AI features to ensure quality, clarity, and consistency.
• Review and evaluate AI responses based on real user interactions and feedback.
• Support documentation of prompts, user flows, and testing guides.
• Participate in creating user guides, SOPs, and evaluation checklists for internal use.
• Help identify improvements in AI prompt design based on performance analysis.
• Switch between prompting and QC work depending on project demand.
• Contribute actively to team discussions and support team goals.

Essential Requirements, Experience and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, AI/ML, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Strong command of written and verbal English.
• Solid understanding of AI, chatbot interactions, and prompt behavior.
• Clear understanding and grip on process flow design.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Experience or strong interest in prompt engineering or testing of AI tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and refine AI output.
• Familiarity with software services and customer experience workflows.
• Experience in SaaS platforms or AI-driven support tools.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Docs.
• Working knowledge of JIRA for task tracking and updates.
• Team-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.

Nice-to-Have:

• Previous experience with prompt design or AI-powered chat tools
• Exposure to QA processes or chatbot evaluation techniques
• Basic understanding of LLMs, prompt structuring, and NLP concepts
• Experience with documentation tools like Confluence
• Interest or involvement in AI communities, certifications, or projects.
