Now, we are embarking on an exciting new chapter. We are looking for a dynamic Brand & Marketing Manager to steward our legendary brand into the future, amplify our voice, and solidify our position as the market leader.

The Role: Steward of a Legacy, Architect of the Future

As our Brand & Marketing Manager, you will be the guardian of the Kruddson brand. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that honors our rich heritage while aggressively driving growth, market share, and brand love in the digital age. You will bridge the gap between our traditional strength and modern marketing demands.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Strategy & Development:

  • Develop and implement a robust, data-driven brand strategy for Kruddson Aluminium Profiles.
  • Define and manage the brand's positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activity, and industry trends.
  • Ensure all marketing and communication is consistent with the brand's heritage and values.

2. Marketing & Campaign Management:

  • Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting architects, builders, contractors, fabricators, and end-consumers.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the B2B sales cycle in the construction industry.
  • Create compelling content (case studies, technical brochures, videos, website content) that highlights product features, applications, and benefits.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring a strong return on investment (ROI).

3. Digital Marketing & Online Presence:

  • Develop and oversee the digital marketing strategy, including SEO/SEM, social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), and email marketing.
  • Revamp and manage the company website to be a leading resource for professionals and clients.
  • Leverage digital tools for lead generation and nurturing within the construction sector.

4. Traditional Marketing & Channel Support:

  • Develop marketing collateral (catalogs, flyers, POS materials) for our dealer and distributor network.
  • Plan and participate in industry trade shows, exhibitions, and B2B events.
  • Foster relationships with key industry bodies, architectural firms, and media partners.

5. Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Lead and mentor a small marketing team (if applicable) or work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Production, R&D).
  • Report directly to senior management on campaign performance, market insights, and strategic recommendations.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of proven experience as a Brand Manager, Marketing Manager, or similar role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in the building materials, construction, architectural, or industrial B2B sector is a significant advantage.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and leadership abilities.
  • Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative mindset with a data-driven, analytical approach.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media schedulers).
