  • Experience in Middle East markets preferred, with exposure to international marketing practices.
  • Background in proptech or related sectors preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor, guide, and inspire marketing teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to oversee both strategy and execution effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth, sales, and customer engagement.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, coordinating cross-functional campaigns across channels.
  • Manage digital, social media, offline, and campaigns aligned with the companys brand and projects.
  • Promote the companys proptech solutions and expand business locally and internationally.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategy.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and communications.
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to enhance lead generation and conversion.
